Dr. Charmaine Earle, M.D.| Associate Medical Director
Dr. Charmaine Elizabeth Earle, a board-certified family physician and dedicated community advocate, recently assumed the role of Associate Director of the High Desert PACE Program in Victorville, California. With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Earle is known for her commitment to whole-person care and has earned respect for her integrity and excellence in serving the High Desert region. Originally from Jamaica, she completed her medical degree at the University of the West Indies before moving to California in 1998 to complete her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Southern California (USC).
In 2003, Dr. Earle established her private practice, Shiloh Medical Center, in Victorville, which has since grown to two locations offering comprehensive primary care services. As a senior physician, she leads a team focused on high-quality, patient-centered care, earning her the "Best of the Desert" award multiple times. In her current role as Associate Medical Director of the High Desert Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), she is instrumental in advancing integrated care for seniors, overseeing clinical operations and fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals to support dignified aging. Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Earle is also an adjunct professor at Azusa Pacific University, where she mentors future healthcare leaders, and participates in global medical and spiritual missions to Malawi, Africa, and Southern India.
Dr. Earle is also deeply committed to her faith and family. She leads worship and serves alongside her husband, Pastor Paul Earle, at The Life Church in Victorville, where she is affectionately known as “Pastor Charm.” Her ministry and medical practice are unified by her desire to heal both the body and soul. She finds immense joy in her four children and two granddaughters, and in her marriage to Paul, her high school sweetheart since 1993. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, gardening, spending time with friends, and relaxing with tea and a movie. Dr. Earle is a cherished friend, mentor, and beloved member of her extended family and community.
